Privacy Policy – XerosDesigns Publisher (Pinterest app)

XerosDesigns Publisher is an internal tool operated by XerosDesigns, a small print-on-demand shop selling on Etsy and at shop.xeroscorp.cloud. It is used only by the shop owner to publish Pins about our own products on our own Pinterest business account.
What the app does
The app creates Pins on our own Pinterest boards. Each Pin contains a product image, a title, a short description and a link to the product page. It can list our own boards and our own Pins, so that it does not publish the same Pin twice.
Data we access
Through the Pinterest API, the app only accesses the XerosDesigns Pinterest account that authorized it: our boards and our Pins (scopes boards:read, pins:read, pins:write). The app does not access, collect, store or share any data about other Pinterest users, and it has no other users.
Storage and security
The Pinterest access token is stored on our private server, readable only by the shop owner's account. We do not sell or transfer any data to third parties. The app does not use cookies and does not track visitors.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from Pinterest settings (Security > Apps). The token is then deleted from our server.
